Chow and Lin will be presenting a new art work at Art Basel Hong Kong 2024, in collaboration with WMA, a Hong Kong-based non-profit art organisation under the WYNG Foundation.
"We Honestly Don’t Know" is an invitation to expand our knowledge through the act of asking questions. Can we ever establish a factual reality, or are we merely interpreting it? How do we develop a conscious ignorance? The process of asking engages participants across fields of knowledge and experience in arts, social, economy, science and tech.. to build nuanced repositories of our times. This is the second chapter to Chow and Lin’s The Conversation, an ongoing 40-year record of the duo’s verbalized exchange of personal and societal reflections. The chapters construct a dynamic introspective interdisiplinary platform to consider the world we perceive.
